Michelle Groulx is standing for Councillor in Kitchissippi Ward 15. She brings experienced leadership, strong advocacy, and real results for the community she proudly calls home.
Michelle has 8 years of experience working with City Hall; not as an observer or critic, but as a partner who gets positive action for the people she serves.

Since 2013 Michelle has brought people together, worked across all levels of government, and delivered results for communities across Ottawa.
Community building and advocacy started with Queensway Carleton Hospital Foundation. This evolved to civic leadership in 2018 at Westboro Village BIA and then the Ottawa Coalition of Business Improvement Areas (OCOBIA) in 2021 - representing 18 BIAs who are Local Boards of the City of Ottawa.

Kitchissippi has been part of Michelle Groulx’s story for decades; she lives in Westboro Beach where her family has been since 1985.
A lifelong Ottawan, Michelle’s connection to community runs through volunteering, local businesses, and work. Michelle is a member of the Westboro Legion and Women’s Business Network
